Con tantos calabacines como hemos tenido este año en la huerta, he tenido que ser creativa y buscar distintas formas de utilizarlos...Lo ultimo que he hecho ha sido este bizcocho. Cuando ví la receta me pareció muy extraña la idea de poner verdura en un bizcocho, pero cuando lo probé...¡está buenísimo!. Dulce y esponjoso, este bizcocho ha sido todo un descubrimiento.This year we have been getting so many courgettes from the allotment, that I have had to be creative and look for new ways to use them all...The latest thing I have made is this loaf. At first, when I saw the recipe, I thought it was a bit of a strange idea to put a vegetable in a cake, but when I tried it...it is so nice! Sweet and moist, this loaf has been a great discovery!
