Cake pops!

Estos 'cake pops' los hice el otro día para la fiesta de cumpleaños de nuestra sobrina Isla que cumplía dos añitos...¡Le encantaron!
Por dentro eran de bizcocho de Madeira y por fuera estaban recubiertos de chocolate Green&Black's de tres sabores (negro, blanco y con leche). Por último los adorné con fideos de azúcar y purpurina comestible.
I made this cake pops the other day for our niece Isla's second birthday party. She loved them!
I made them out of Madeira sponge and then I covered them in three different flavours of Green&Black's chocolate (dark, white and milk). Finally, I decorated them with sprinkles and edible glitter.

Este conjunto de cocinera se lo hice la semana pasada a nuestra sobrina Isla por su segundo cumpleaños. ¡Le quedaba perfecto y estaba super graciosa con él! 

I made this chef outfit last week for our niece Isla's second birthday. It fitted her perfectly and she look super cute in it!

Chichonera de coches - Cars cot bumper

Esta chichonera la he hecho para la cuna que David tiene en casa de su abuela Kathy. Su abuela le compró esta funda nórdica de coches tan graciosa y un almohadón, y como no vendían la chichonera a juego, decidimos comprar otra funda nórdica igual y usar la tela para hacerla. Tanto la funda como la chichonera son reversibles.

I have made this bumper for the cot that David has at his grandma Kathy's house. His grandma bought this cute cars duvet cover and pillowcase, and as they don't sell a matching cot bumper, we decided to buy one more duvet cover and use the fabric to make it. Both the duvet cover and the bumper are reversible.

Chichonera y faldón para cuna - Cot bumper and skirt

Esta chichonera y este faldón los hice para la cuna de David hace unos meses. La chichonera la hice más larga de lo normal ya que David se mueve mucho por la noche. Para ello utilicé tela de algodón y guata, y los lazos los hice con bies blanco.  
I made these bumper and skirt a few months ago for David's cot bed. I made the bumper extra long as David moves a lot during the night. To make it I used cotton fabric and wadding, and to make the ties I used white bias binding.

Cucharas de chocolate - Chocolate spoons

Hace mucho que tenía este molde, aunque no lo había usado hasta ahora...Me lo regaló mi hermana Irene, y es para hacer cucharas de chocolate para meter en la leche y así hacer chocolate caliente...
¡Muy originales y bastante sencillas de hacer!
I have had this mould for long time, although I hadn't used it until now...It was a present from my sister Irene and it is for making chocolate spoons that you can put in milk to make hot chocolate...Very original spoons and quite easy to make!

San Valentín 2015 - Valentine's Day 2015

Este año, además de una tarjeta, hice estas galletas de mantequilla y chocolate para Alex en forma de corazón...¡No duraron mucho!
This year, as well as a card, I also made these heart shaped shortbread and chocolate biscuits for Alex...They didn't last long!
